For Kartech: what we need to make this real
This is a UI mock — bookings don't appear on anyone's calendar. To make it functional, we connect to whichever scheduling system you already use:
- Calendly / Cal.com — drop-in widget, fastest to set up, syncs to Google/Outlook automatically
- Google Calendar API — direct integration if you want bookings to land on a specific staff calendar
- Booksy / Square Appointments — if you already use one for service appointments
- Twilio SMS confirmations — auto-text the customer when their slot is confirmed (~$0.01/message)
Recommended Phase 1 setup: Calendly embed + email-to-staff notification. Takes ~30 minutes to wire up. Phase 2: SMS confirmations + automatic reminder 2 hours before the appointment.
